Who we are

Routestar is a product of Routestar Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We are developing an AI-native software platform for UK outdoor and home service businesses.

What data we collect and why

At present, Routestar is in pre-launch. The only personal data we collect is through our waitlist sign-up form, which is provided by Typeform. When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address

We collect this information solely to notify you when Routestar launches and to send you relevant updates about the product. We will not use your details for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent. By submitting the waitlist form, you are consenting to us contacting you about the Routestar product launch. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at hello@routestar.co.uk and we will remove your details promptly.

How we store your data

Your waitlist data is stored securely by Typeform, our form provider. Typeform is a data processor acting on our behalf. Typeform's privacy policy is available at typeform.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

We will hold your waitlist data until Routestar launches. At that point we will contact you with launch information. If you have not opted in to ongoing marketing communications, we will not retain your data beyond that initial contact. You can ask us to delete your data at any time before then by emailing us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• The right to access the data we hold about you
• The right to have inaccurate data corrected
• The right to have your data deleted
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
• The right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have handled your data incorrectly

Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies or any tracking technologies. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party scripts beyond those required to display the page (Google Fonts for typography and Lucide for icons, both loaded over HTTPS).

Changes to this policy

As Routestar develops and launches, this policy will be updated to reflect how we handle data within the platform. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes before they take effect.
